1. Services Provided
Pest Mart provides residential, commercial, and educational pest control, management, and fumigation services within Nairobi and surrounding target corridors (including Kiambu Road, Thindigua, Runda, and Muthaiga). All treatments are carried out by trained technicians using approved and compliant pest control solutions.
2. Service Guarantee & Warranty Policy
Because we provide professional applications rather than retail physical goods, we do not offer product refunds or returns. Instead, we back our work with a comprehensive Service Guarantee:
- Eradication Guarantee: We provide a dedicated service warranty on specific treatments (such as bed bug and cockroach control).
- Follow-Up Treatments: If the target pests reappear within your specified warranty window following our structural treatment, Pest Mart will deploy technicians to re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost to you.
- Claims: To trigger a warranty inspection, clients must notify us immediately upon detecting pest resurgence.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Safety
- Access: The client must provide our technicians access to the designated property at the scheduled appointment time.
- Pre-Treatment Preparation: The client agrees to follow all pre-treatment safety protocols provided by our team (such as clearing specific areas, covering food items, or vacating the premises during application if necessary).
- Post-Treatment Protocols: Clients must adhere to safety wait times before re-entering treated areas to ensure the health and safety of family members, infants, and pets.
4. Bids, Quotes, and Payments
- All pricing details provided via our digital channels or telephone quotes are estimates based on standard residential or commercial layouts. Final pricing may be adjusted upon physical inspection of the infestation severity.
- Payments for professional services are due upon completion of the initial treatment unless prior commercial invoicing terms have been established.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pest Mart exercises maximum professional care using safe, odorless methods. However, Pest Mart is not liable for structural damage caused by pests prior to treatment (such as pre-existing termite damage) or issues arising from a client’s failure to adhere to post-treatment safety and preventative recommendations.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
